Who Can Apply
To study MBBS abroad and practice in India later, students must meet the following:
Basic Eligibility Criteria
- Must have qualified NEET (mandatory as per NMC)
- Minimum 50% in PCB (General Category)
- Minimum 40% in PCB (Reserved Category)
- Must have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology
- Age must be 17 years or above at the time of admission
NEET Requirement
- NEET qualification is compulsory for Indian students
- Validity: 3 years (for MBBS abroad eligibility)
- Without NEET, the degree is not valid for practice in India
NEET Score – What is Enough?
- There is no fixed cutoff for MBBS abroad admission
- Even low NEET scores can get admission in many countries
- Student must be qualified in NEET, that’s a minimum requirment.
- Higher scores means better university options
What If NEET is Not Qualified?
- Student cannot pursue MBBS abroad for India practice

- Repeat NEET
